My Sunday Photo {Week 7 – 14/2/16}

This week we purchased a family membership for the National Trust and on Wednesday J and I ventured to Mottisfont Abbey, somewhere I’ve always heard was a nice place to visit and had been on my “to visit” list in the Hampshire region

It was beautiful and much nicer than I expected. J has been under the weather so we didn’t do much and didn’t walk very far, but we spent lots of time looking at the flowers and the birds

She is a complete sponge at the moment and I managed to teach her what snowdrops were and showed her up close some daffodils which she got very excited about as they are her favourite colour. I really am looking forward to using our pass throughout the next 12 months, come rain or shine

  1. Gorgeous spring photo… I love it.
    I’m a member of the National Trust too and always love to visit the spectacular properties and gardens.
    Have a wonderful week

  2. First of all I have to say a massive thank you for your truly lovely comment on my post – it is one of the nicest things anyone has ever said. This is such lovely photo. The fact that she is taking such an interest and that she has her ‘baby’ under her arm. It reminds me of when Grace was small. Great to have a NT pass too – enjoy 🙂 #MySundayPhoto

    1. Thank you, she loves taking her baby or teddy out when out and about but quite often I’m left holding it while she explores. I hope the photography practice is going well

  3. Yay for National Trust memberships – I love ours and it’s so nice to have so many beautiful big running around spaces to go to, especially when it’s wet
